| Balayage Balayage is a hair lightening technique designed to create highlights with a more natural-looking growout. It is achieved by hand painting highlights more lightly at the base of the hair, and more densely towards the ends. This imitates and enhances the way our hair is naturally lightened by the sun and the elements. Balayage is often chosen by guests who prefer a more low-maintenance color routine. |

| Gloss Also called a toner, a gloss is a demi-permanent color treatment that can be used to change the tint or reflection in your hair and leave a glossy finish. This gloss is included in the cost of all my lightning services. I also offer an “express” gloss service to clients I’ve seen before, in which we apply and rinse the toner, and they leave towel-dried, with hair still damp. This allows me to offer a quick and inexpensive option to touch up existing demi-permanent color. |

We require a 24 hour notification on all cancelled appointments. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please give us 24 hours notice to ensure that you will not be charged for the appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given, and we are unable to fill your time slot, you will be expected to pay for the service in full. Appointments may be cancelled online, or by calling or emailing Pure Hair at least 24 hours in advance. There are no exceptions for no shows. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in regard to our cancellation policy.
